BRANDON LESHCHINSKIY

Master’s student, Dep. Aeronautics & Astronautics and Technology & Policy Program, MIT

Brandon is a dual SM candidate studying Aeronautics & Astronautics and Technology & Policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He works with Apollo Professor and former NASA Deputy Administrator Dava Newman, building AI tools to adapt to climate change and educational tools to stop it. Prior to graduate school, Brandon worked as a data scientist at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he developed technologies for American security. Brandon holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Penn State University.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys competitive dance and improv theater. Or at least, he did before Covid.
